Food is all good, however customer service is horrible!! Each time I go there staff is rude, especially one girl with glasses and light brown shoulder length hair. Each time I go there she is never welcoming she is always in a bad mood and is very rude. I've seen other complaints. Today she rolled her eyes and gave very less toppings as compared to normal. Last time I went there was a very sweet girl she was nice they all should be like her! Maybe I caught the other employee having a bad day, but it seems like a coincidence that I've caught her having a bad day each time.

Great yoghurt and acai at very reasonable price but customer service is terrible. Have never seen such rude staff. I was there on a friday evening and the girl with the glasses and shoulder length light brown hair seemed extremely reluctant to take my order. She got my order wrong and was still rude about it. Have encountered her a few times and she’s just as reluctant to serve each time.

we decided to get our FROZEN yogurt fix after kayak. we were served by a rude girl with curly hair and dramatic eyeliner. we asked about the promo ‘buy 1 2nd 50% off’ for the açai bowl is still available. instead of answering, she said ‘our açai is frozen, we need to scoop’. we were so confused bc is açai liquid? isn’t it frozen? we thought she was just informing us what is açai so we told her that we would like 2 bowls of it. she then appeared to be feeling irritated and fed up and replied rudely “we don’t have açai, our açai is frozen and needs to be scoop” by then we were extremely confused and boggled by her attitude and response. yogurt was great but customer service was a boo hoo 👎🏽 come on man! make some sense when you respond to customers, açai is frozen? duh? liquid meh?
