It's not much of a park, given that there are actual parks around the area, and other better hangout spots. Scape and Orchard Cineleisure are just across the road, the Scape skate park is the other way around. This becomes more a space to simply pass by. That said, there are shelters and the nearby red building is a good spot to hide, if you need one. Because it's quite under populated, it also makes for a good quiet corner if you need a space to hide from the rest of the world.

It used to be a park for the skaters, with many slops and bars. Now no more longer that. However it's a place where the Youth park office building is now. The red color build g in photo. In the building there are rooms, studios, exhibition venues. However it is not very active or I'd say not much publicity put into it. If you're interested, go into the building to find out. There's an outdoor stage area where sometimes local groups perf here. There's a local food eateries with sambals chills seafood and other local food. Its not a very happening place anymore ever since the opposite big building call Scape is built. Events has been shifted there.
