Staff were nice and friendly, servicing customers one at a time. It was rather empty at about 3pm so it made for easy shopping and quick purchases. The young lass serving me seemed a tad new so there was a bit of 'verification lapse' with her senior, whilst I was there, a customer walked in for dine in and had to wait to be served even though I had 3 people working on my take away and she already knew what she wanted. So 3 stars from me because I think this could have been better managed for the dine in Guest...I really didn't need so many people working on the take away order. Cashless Payment encouraged.

Famous for their Mille crepes (20 layers of crepe with creme in between) and cakes, though everything handcrafted is perfect. The signature and green tea Mille crepes are recommended. The coffee and tea complement the cake and they have cake set (2desserts/2drinks). The service is top notch, like a fine-dining dessert cafe, hence the prices!!

Finally tried the highly raved crepe cake since there was no queue. Bought a takeaway of pistachio and dark choc flavours and they were delish even after 5 hours of refrigeration. Both were delicious but prefer pistachio as it was light and not cloyingly sweet. Undeniably an expensive indulgence but why not, YOLO :)

The stock of the cakes were so short so only several kinds were available maybe it was just aft CNY. However, I was able to get the one I’d aimed for, thanks to the kind and friendly elder staff of the two. About the cake, sadly the chocolate one was a bit dry, but the chestnut one, which is my favorite, was perfect, making my day as usual. The service was better than Orchard Cenrtal branch, I felt personally, which is my first time to enjoy afternoon tea time with no stress about service @ Lady M. I’ll choose this branch from now on for their cakes.

Fantastic strawberry shortcake, albeit pricey compared to other bakeries and cafes. We were allowed in just 5 minutes before the last order (which is at 9.30pm), and then handed the bill at our table even before we had a chance to take a bite out of the cake, which was amusing. The outlet closed at 10pm. Would love to visit again.
