Horrendous service time and an atrociously joke of a place. Ordered a pizza at 7.30pm and it came over an hour later at 8.45pm. Same with the desserts, which came practically an hour after the pizza had arrived. Staff were hardly anywhere to be seen and after waiting for service, had to walk up personally to ask for things multiple times. It was already 9.40pm when we wanted to leave but the dessert finally came. All that wait just to spend $13 on a microwavable store bought lava cake that was repulsively presented. Ice-cream was already melted when it came and looked almost as bad as the picture, though I had taken a bite already since I was starving from waiting so long. The fries are the quickest thing if u plan to order, which even then took 20 minutes to be served. Was mistakenly charged the wrong table initially as well, though it was later rectified from our final bill. Don't waste your time or money, especially on a Friday night. It was only bearable as I was with great company. Definitely don't bring a date if you plan on impressing the other party. The only thing impressive is how they're still in business at this point.

Poor experience from start to finish. Ordered beer along with two glasses of iced water. Only one glass of iced water came. Asked again, and the server served a cup of ice. Finally got it on the third time round. Appetizer was served cold for a fried dish. Had to wait up to 40mins for the main to arrive although it was a weekday night with seemingly little crowd. The ribs were tough and beef cheek tasted very gamey. What packed the place instead was the overwhelming number of ants that keep crawling up the outdoor seating instead, and we had to finish our meals asap to escape the place. Toilet housed dead cockroach as well.. not sure whether this place has hygiene QC. Service was mediocre, food was poor, place to go only if you're looking for drinks (priced on the higher side as well).

i usually come here with friends and the service was always excellent especially when it came to Deep and April, super attentive and always checking in on how we're doing. however, on my recent visit, there was i suppose a new server named Pasu and he was quite rude to my friends and i. we asked for water twice and it didn't arrive, and when my friend wanted to order he literally asked him to scan the QR code to order (which i totally get if it's busy but it wasn't, and u can't even pay through the app either). he was also very adament on clearing our table; stood there and waited for us to pour out our remaining drinks when he clearly didn't even have hands to carry it as his hands were already full. he was neither efficient nor friendly which kind of ruined the entire experience and the reputation of the place as service used to be exceptional before.

Visited this place with a group of friends looking to get a drink. Hoegaarden tower was priced at $65++. When the tower came, the beer was slightly warm and tasted extremely flat and diluted. When we requested for a change, the staff said that the beer came direct from the keg and offered to change the tower for us. Although they changed the beer, the beer did not taste much better. I don't think I will come back unless I am absolutely desperate for a drink.

DO CHECK THE RECEIPT BEFORE PAYMENT. Those foods not available were added to the receipt.
