High tea was my game and I really recommend it. It is a refined affair in English traditional style served with great choice of teas and an option with champagne. The staff was friendly helpful and conversational. The facilities look amazing especially after the renovations.
Just a must do for special occasions

The chicken rice was not too bad albeit the portion could be more generous given the price !
The decor was interesting bringing us to another time in the past perhaps with the unusual fans giving an air of casual indulgence on a lazy afternoon.

With the relaxation of covid restrictions; now this Raffles City Mall is brimming with life with many people having a good time shopping and eating in F&B outlets.

Nice offers of F&B in B1 with a Market Place (Cold Storage) but the layout of Raffles City Mall B1 is always confusing me. Easy access from the MRT red line, many bus lines in the neighbourhood. It's always a pleasure to come here for shopping or fine dining 😀

Raffles City mall is adjacent also to Fairmont Singapore and has many good food and shopping places. Currently the mal is undergoing a lot of renovations due to.new tenants moving in and replacing others, so the experience while walking through the mall is hotch-potch!

Another shopping mall located at city hall mrt. Not much crowd because there is nothing really special here. Most of the crowd are at the basement or at the foodcourt. That seems like what most people like to do at malls nowadays.

Lots of eatery here. Good place to go if you like food and drinks and the basement area. Higher levels are made up of high end merchandise.
