Not pleasant experience at the long queued chicken rice store. Been wondering for weeks what’s special. 1. Paid for chicken rice with egg but was not given egg. 2. More bones than meat in the chicken rice. 3. No special taste that makes this store significantly different from any other store. Overly hyped probably by a queue, making people think the food is special.

Poor customer service. First time I ordered horfun it was totally bland. Thought it could just be a mistake so I didn’t think anything of it. second time my sanlao horfun came with zero slices of fish. I came back all the way to tell them about the issue, and all they did was simply cook the fish slices and added it to the box and considered it resolved. Highly discourage people to eat here.

1Aug evening. Very Poor customer service. The medium/slim non bespectacled female employee is really rude! Saw this woman keep giving out the ready tabao orders that was stacked on top of those that were already done eariler. When I saw mine below 1 that was cooked later than mine. I went over and told her nicely pointing to mine below. To my surprise, she shouted at me saying she need to remove those on top first! I was taken aback. Another female bigger size non bespectacled quickly walked over to help me and I told her nicely the ready orders are given last in first out. If this 2nd woman did not help me, I would have made my stand with the first woman and shame her on the spot. She should not have treated customer this way when she is in the wrong!!!! Shame on her!! She needs to be taught to serve out the eariler ready orders first and not the other way round. For no reason I got shouted at.
