Don

Had the salmon don and the black truffle fries with parmigiano. Salmon was cooked just nice. The rice is A LOT though and was slightly soggy made worse after mixing the egg. Only ate a third but was bursting already. Fries are great. Overall would recommend this place but wouldn't travel out of my way to eat here.

Housed in a typical kopitiam, we were pleasantly surprised by the presentation of our food. The Mentaiko Salmon Don had a perfectly pink salmon fillet with the torched sauce generously on top. Iberico 'Sio Bak' Don was spot on hitting the local flavour--crispy but instead of the usual tough meat, it was tender and not quite fatty. The Truffle Aioli dip made up for the Dak Gang Joeng Chicken side that was a bit lacking. Value for money.
