Worst KFC! Fried chicken are good (not even warm), have two mashed potato instead of coleslaw! Shame on you.... Can't even or don't want follow SOP, CLOSE SHOP!

The food is not bad and their recovery service is pretty good once they gave they wrong fries and within 15mins of a call they delivered the right order to my doorstep 👍🏻 however they do rarely give my drink with ice when I ordered no ice but no big deal

Sad that went to Punggol Plaza KFC with my kid at Father’s Day (19 June 2022) and got offended by cleaner aunty.
My fault to bring two breads for my young kid into KFC and ate there. Once this cleaner aunty complained, we immediately put bread back to plastic bag. But this aunty no stopping complaining. And finally looked at us and talked to her colleagues: “they come from China”!
Bad, I did not do properly but she should not say like that.

I had ordered through grab food of the original recipe burger buddy meal, and they missed out the burger. I had called kfc punggol plaza and they had delivered it within 10 min. Good service. Thanks for the prompt recovery.

Went down to kfc today to get my lunch and winnessed the cashier giving the customer infront of me their change by slamming the notes down on the surface of the table and literally turned around and continued talking to her colleague.And when it was my turn to collect the food i asked for chilli sauce and one of the staff responded with a v loud “huh” and irritated look on the face.

They have online pickup for orders via their app. Contactless pickup area is available too. Located in the basement of Punggol Plaza right beside the Pizza Hut. Easy to locate. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, customers are advised to enter at the main entrance only.

Good location to get your KFC breakfast one of the better outlets in punggol area

Visited KFC Punggol Plaza and ordered the food there. Staff Kaey attitude was very bad. She forgot to eat her medicine. If not happy working can resign.
