Pink Fish

I absolutely loved my Singaporean Burger! The combination of fresh n juicy salmon patty, sweet and spicy sambal and crunchy salted egg fish skin was just an explosion of flavours and sensations in my mouth! The presentation and service was top notch as well. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu!

It was a great first experience!! There is only the 7% GST charge, no 10% service charge, so u save 10% :) A big+++ is that they have charging ports to charge your devices :) Spacious and many seats available. Service staff is also friendly and hospitable. The the salmon bowl, the difference in up-sizing the bowls are the salmon portions only, all other ingredients portions remain the same ($10.9 / $14.9 / $18.9) Add $4 to make it a set (Side dish + soft drink) We tried the salmon bowl and mackerel bowl, with broccoli and edamame salad and waffle fries as side dishes, and added a Nordic creamy stew. Overall the food is excellent, the sashimi and waffle fries is succulent, the mackerel is fresh and the broccoli and edamame salad has grated cheese on top which makes it taste amazing. The Nordic creamy stew is surprisingly light with good portions of salmon (also have the upgrade option). Definitely will visit this place if I come to Jewel. Only 2 outlets in Singapore, Jewel and Raffles place. Highly recommended!

This self service eatery is at B1 with lots of seating, and they serve salmon based poke bowls and burgers on the menu. Had the Mala Poke Bowl and salmon was fresh, Mala sauce on the sweet side though but otherwise food overall was good. Poke bowls very in size, larger sizes = more salmon. What I like: having a poke bowl by the falls and quiet spot for lunch.
