We enjoyed our dinner here, food is good + good service 👍. My all time favourite is Sweet & Sour Pork with Lychee😋 forgotten to take photo of Lor mee that is nice too. Chilli is good👍 Century eggs is a nice appetiser. The only thing that was disappointing was the fried squid, needs improvements some of it is quite hard and not crispy.

辣子鸡 without chicken inside. All flour. Service staff chat among them too much. Customers keep waving to no respond. Service wise the singular-task task force now can only focus on whether you put up your mask and whether you have vacccined. Lol, poor F&B operators really cannot handle this crisis. After this meal, I am going to McDonald's. Returned the food to them mostly not eaten.

Read on the reviews here that the staff would turn their faces when they deem that you’ve ordered too little food - because my elderly parents and we are small eaters, we didn’t order a lot; that was when hell begun. The service standards were extremely poor, we have never felt so rushed in a restaurant before. Went there for lunch with my parents and they cleared the dishes while we were eating as if chasing us out of the restaurant. Was very appalled by their service attitude, definitely worlds apart from Putien. They also asked us to shift tables and served us the drinks without cups and served another table with the cups of ice. They probably want to make you feel unwelcomed, uncomfortable and sh*tty for ordering ‘too little’ and was extremely rude when serving the dishes. Would NEVER return again.

Yesterday order take away and have to wait more than 30min for food. Duty manager Chin Rong explain to me patiently that due to a lot of take away order that’s why need to wait. I appreciate their effort and at the end it’s worth it to wait cos the food is yummy. I will recommend this to all my friends and relatives. Definitely a place worth to wait and enjoy food.

I dined in the restaurant when there wasn't too much crowd/queue on a weekday evening. I find the service to be ok as well. The food was decent and i would come again if there is no crowd. The food is definitely slightly more pricey (given that hawker centre is just outside) but i think it is still acceptable to me.
