It a nice and comfort place to enjoy a meal

Good and clean environment, always playing good songs. Most of the staffs are friendly but some are rude.

It was good. People didn't linger on after finishing their meals, allowing other diners to have seats.
However, there was a rude uncle who got angry when the staff told him that he has to order at the self-kiosk, not at the counter. He shouted:" Cannot order here, close shop!" He went to the kiosk but I bet that he didn't know how to use it because I didn't see him waiting for his food.
Uncle, don't think by shouting that few words of English and you are good. McDonald's is not the place for you. Go back to your mother's womb and be reborn. Brush up your English, learn more. Old loser.

The aunties working here are very helpful and sweet! It's like going to your best friend's house and the mom keeps making sure you have enough food and are well taken care of. 🥰

Their ambassador is very helpful, Aunty Susan is also very helpful with customer enquiries. The place is generally clean, and can be very crowded during weekends and during holidays. Personally, I would prefer a peaceful dining ambience.

Wish there was more vegetarian options.

Went to the one along AMK Ave 10, consistency (F n B) is key for McD, the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (help with GRAB payment mode). Just felt the air con was too cold 🥶, totally uncomfortable.

Quite surprised by the Hainanese Chicken Burger. It does taste like Hainanese Chicken Rice!
The only thing I feel that it is lacking is that it uses sauce to make it taste like but not using the food to make it like.
A rice "bun" maybe? Chicken breast meat, not fried? Well, is McDonald's so I guess we can't have that.
