LiHo's version of Brown Sugar Fresh Milk was not bad - it had distinct caramel flavor and fragrance. The pearls were chewy and blended well with creamy cold fresh milk. Requested for 50% sugar level which turned out just right. Remember to shake the drink for at least 8 times before poking your straw in, and you will get the best blend of pearls, brown sugar and fresh milk.

Overall service was terrible. Had to wait 10 minutes for just one simple order, staff was inpatient when I was ordering, when it arrived, the pearls were undercooked.

Been coming here since 2019. Idk if it was because of the 2 years of covid work from home, but the drinks at this outlet have dropped in taste... da hong pao milk tea is very inconsistent now. Once, it even tasted like milk with no tea fragrance. Today 24 Feb, the 30% sugar tasted like 50% sugar. Totally could not taste any tea. Just BAM! sweetness. Sad.

Rude staff at outlet. The girl with the short boyish hair judged and threw dirty looks when we gave our order with special request like stevia or less sugar??? Never a pleasant experience here

Amazing, AMAZING service. Chui Li and Yien Sian especially were so efficient, accommodating, and friendly. Will 100% recommend just based on customer service alone, and that’s before considering the delicious drinks they made. Thank you for a lovely experience!

This LiHO outlet might be difficult to find as it is located outside the mall. Service was fast as there wasn't many customers.

Happy with the tea I got but it took some time before I got my order. Waiting time can be improved. Nice place, it is neat and tidy. The location maybe difficult to find make sure to check the entrance first.
