Burger King Nex

Update: Short of manpower so dining hall a little uncleaned. The breakfast was good likely saved the day! Ample staff but poor housekeeping. Tables n chairs disarrayed n messy at 6pm. Very slow service …..waited for a while just for the staff to obtain my salad dressing. Omg 😱 if not for those delicious hamburgers I won’t be back !

Had been a regular BK customer until recent months, been to outlet at Jurong, Bugis and Serangoon. Disappointed with the quality. The beef now is not as tasty and the last purchas at Nex, it was hard, dry and burnt taste was strong. Worse of all, my whole of food (double Swiss) was served at room temperature, even the fries. Milo tasted weird too. For my last few purchases the burgers were salty too 😒 I doubt I will give BK another attempt unless there wasn't much choices around.

i am really disappointed. if i could give 0 stars i would. im here at the outlet at 7.10pm at Tuesday 31st may 2022. The lady at the front NEAR THE CASHIER, is completely ignoring the customers. I waited for more than 10 minutes for this lady to attend to me, but she is just busy with the other orders. I understand that there is a short of manpower but that does not explain or be reason to lack the customer service. She could've told me that i will have to wait for a while and explain the rough situation but she chose to just ignore me. i noticed that when she was handling other orders, she doesnt speak to the customers and just give what they ask without saying thank you or anything of that sort. how rude. two boys came after and waited too and they said they'll rather go kfc, how horrible and poor thing for the boys. on top of that, my food is late, i have to wait 40 minutes for it and my friend waited an hour. HORRIBLE!!!!

What do you expect? It’s Burger King in a shopping mall. Most of the time it will be crowded, so expect a waiting of 15 minutes or more. I realised the counter service will be quicker than orders place at the order booth. My order came only after the customers at the counter are served. Join the queue. I think it is much quicker if not you might be forgotten until the end. They are understaff. The nuggets and fries I received were cold. I decided not to change it as it will be another wait.
