Tasty mee goreng with potato and tofu cubes. rich wohei flavour and noodles coated with egg and sweet spicy sambal. The crushed peanuts added crunch and zest from lime balanced the taste too. The overall nasi lemak looks dry with the hardboil egg, suggest to replace with a runny ramen egg or sunny side up would help

First time I ate there was at their first stall in Chinatown and the next time I was in Singapore, I took a 45mins bus ride to get to their new stall in Alexandra food village. The mamak mee goreng and nasi lemak are mouthwateringly delicious! The beef rendang was so tender and bursting with flavour! The acar served with the nasi lemak adds a fresh citrus taste and brings out the sambal and rendang even more. The fried chicken is also succulent and fragrant. Can't wait to go for more the next time I'm in Singapore. Wish I had a bigger stomach!

The mee goreng was too sweet and too much peanut. The yellow noodle was too soggy. A few potato cubes and veggie at $4.50 which was not worth. I hope they can improve it !

I’m from Penang and I must say with full approval that this is the real deal when it comes to comfort food that locals eat in Penang. Penang cuisine has a lot more to offer than the touristy-faves of char okay teow or Assam Laksa. This stall serves what we Penangites eat when we need a filling afternoon tea or a hearty breakfast. The nasi lemak features fragrant pillowy rice that should be comforting and familiar to Penangites and Singaporeans alike. But do try the different variety of side dishes and condiments that are not the usuals you find in Singapore. It’s really shiok!
The mee goreng is sweet and full of crunchiness of peanuts just like what you will find in Penang. The locals in Singapore are welcome to come here and throw away their expectations of what a mee goreng is like (it’s all kinds of different in different states in Malaysia) and open their taste buds to something new. But for me, this is nostalgia at its best, and this is one stall I find myself coming to over and over again.

Did a takeaway via Deliveroo and is bad. Ordered a Nasi Lemak with beef rendang + chicken rendang and mee goreng with fried chicken drumstick.
1. Nasi Lemak: 1/5. Rice is tasteless. Otah is really average. The rendang is actually good. But overall, the oil soaked the entire rice. Could have separated the rendang for takeaway.
2. Mee Goreng: 2/5. More like curry noodle dry with bits of potato and I think toufu. Like other local guides mention, the peanut sauce can be too much midway. The fried chicken drumstick is alright but I feel the center is a bit undercooked.
Didn’t bother to take pictures.

My favourite place for authentic Malaysian cooking. Love the nasi lemak with the fragrant rice, awesome sambal, crunchy peanuts and ikan bilis and most of all, the hard boiled egg. It's even more delicious when paired with the delicious beef rendang.

Just discovered this gem in Alexandra Village. Rendang was sold out so I had the fried chicken. Delicious! Cant wait to try the Rendang! Sambal is delicious and they serve their NL with half a boiled egg Malaysian style.
Went back and managed to try their Beef Rendang & Otah. Both were delicious! No need to go to Malaysia for good Nasi Lemak anymore.

The only and most legit Penang mee goreng that I ever had in Singapore. Lady chef is also from Penang itself! Only suggestion would be for the mee goreng to be softer/slightly more moist and to taste eggier. Other than that, she completely nailed the overall flavour, chilli, wok hei and also placing it on a slice of Pandan leaf? That’s how you know it’s authentic. I’ll be back for more!!
