So Pho

I gave this outlet a chance thinking that perhaps it's a one off thing however upon ordering my spicy beef noodle again, it dawned upon me that they did a terrible job preparing the meal. Broth is diluted and the noodle, don't get me started with the noodle, it's as if the chef cut the noodles into small bits and pieces. I have ordered and eaten at other So Pho outlets and it was a pleasant experience with good thick broth. I think its time to consider switching the manager or the chef of the outlet who care less for the food served to customers. This may affect the reputation of the company. Really spoils the experience of having a good meal.

One phrase: So awfully horrible and unhealthy food. P.S.: Look at the dish - the noodles are practcally flooded into starchy broth/soup. It's putting authentic Vietnamese dishes to shame. Customer is extremely horrible. One can receive better service from the eateries before entering the Causeway Point mall and at half that price tag or lesser. Kindly avoid patronizing at all such outlets. An absolute disappointment from Katrina Group. Perhaps, they should just focus on F&B instead of venturing into real estate. Get your act together!

Ordered 4 dishes and 4 drinks. Manage to serve the 2 Pho in time. Sadly, kept customer waiting close to 40 mins for 1 x seafood fried rice 1 x soft shell fried glass noodle No one checked on order until called for. Bad service, no apologies given. Peak hour does not mean having customer to wait close to 40mins without apologies for complete orders to be served. I believe you could be better So Pho.

At first was a little annoyed as the usher looked at us and went away. Re appeared a minute later with things and sanitised the table we had been looking at. The table was already clean but he sanitised it again Not only that, he had picked up that we wanted that table and was doing the needful ! Impressed Good fast service. Good food, quickly served Only request if they could also have more Vegetarian options. That would be the icing on the cake

Safe entry, temperature measuring taken seriously. Not too crowded, safe distancing between tables. The drinks are reasonably priced. Lemongrass is $3.50, iced tea at $3. Quite like the grill beef spring roll... Service staff were a little cool, might be short handed? 1 of the main dishes was served very late...
