The Soup Spoon

I have always liked the SG Chicken & Mushroom. But recently I noticed that the carrots don't taste the same. It's like the soup has been microwaved instead of being cooked like proper soup. Not just this branch, but other branches when I ordered food delivery as well. Also, the "Steamed" broccoli was microwaved! Microwaved broccoli texture is ALWAYS different from steamed broccoli - it has a rubbery texture. Please do not put "Steamed" as the description if you did not actually steam it...it's dissapointing.

Management should really increase their manpower here. One person to just serve the cooked soup is really pathetic. Alot of frustration at the queueing and alot of customers left as well. Don't face other issues at other outlets. 30min in queueing for something that has already been cooked is really frustrating. Don't bother about the chicken teriyaki sandwich. the chicken is very cold and hard on the inside. Don't know why they still serve it out.
