Terrible customer service at this branch. I don't have this issue with the branch at Orchard. There was no queue at all and only 2-3 customers dining when I visited. This lady, I assume the supervisor at this branch due to her different uniform from the rest of the staff, was at the counter on her phone chatting loudly and casually, while I stood at the entrance waiting for her to bring me in. Took about 10 minutes of me standing there waiting before she hollered for someone in the kitchen to come up and attend to me instead. Later on, she brought me the menu and my serviette tissue fell to the ground. Instead of giving me a new serviette she literally picked it up from the ground and put it back on my table. Please properly train your staff in this branch to have better customer service, to not call their friends or family on the phone when there are customers waiting outside, and to have a basic understanding of hygiene.

Bought nasi royale sets from store. Staff only told that I needed to wait 8 mins for food preparation after I have paid. Came back in 6 mins, told that I needed to wait for another 6 mins because the fried chicken wings were not ready. But I reminded her it was 8 mins before, why another 6 mins. She said 8 mins to fry other items before frying the chicken wings which would take another 6mins. Please in future, tell the customers how long they had to wait for all the items to be ready before payment, some are unable to wait. Foodwise, we like crave nasi lemak. So 2* deducted for long wait and misinformation.
