Honestly can't really complain about the place. Not the best food but not an issue for the price! Also the location is nice, right by the river. 4 stars for meeting expectations. Service was pretty decent too, there was always someone around to take our orders, top up drinks, clear plates, bring stuff. I really liked the lamb, tasty and tender, just that lots of bones. Remember to add lots of butter so stuff doesn't burn!

I was very lucky as I got the perfect seat next to the river! Beautiful view and the service was definitely great. The staff seated us and explained that we will need to pay first and then we will get a code to scan where we can order all our items and it will be served to us. The staffs were lovely and friendly, the stove worked well and all the items were cooked well. Definitely worth the price as we got to go unlimited rounds throughout the 90 minutes! The sambal was delicious! I read the reviews and went there with no expectations but was rewarded with fantastic service, view and meal! Love it! Definitely worth the price and I can see that the management made changes after probably reading the reviews here, hence making it more efficient. I loved the place and I'll definitely come back again!

My friends and I came to FDSG with knowledge of the 1 star rating and was anticipating a bad experience. However, in short, what we experienced was no where near what the earlier reviews were raving about. One of us pointed out that it probably happened when they first opened/ relocated. But anyways, we ordered at 7:55PM and food was served at about 8:07PM. No issues with the soup base not heating up, etc. Yes, probably the portions were small but we were given 4 rounds to order and we stopped at the third as we were already full. There was definitely no food wastage. The 90 minutes given was more than sufficient for us and there wasn’t much waiting time really. Big thumbs up to the staff who we thought were efficient and friendly. The only downsides we thought could be improved was the table size and it gets a little warm. Other than that, all was good. Food tastes good and we had no issues with seafood not fresh, etc. We really liked the sambal kicap, and other sambals.

Of some of the free flow restaurant I visted, I will say this place has the nicest staff I really love their chicken, it was well marinated however their seafood was pretty average. I don't think it was fresh. The beef was bland and you dip it with sauce, they gave quite a few options Overall, I will recommend this place once but definitely not for recurring visit

Steamboat pot did not work well. My soup did not boil at any point of time and I ate the food from the soup half cooked. The time is too short, by the time food and grill was set up, 30mins gone. Food was not fresh, marination was subpar. I also found metal in my food, told the staff and they just offered to change my plate. The food is also not free flow, you only have 4 rounds and each round is just 2 pieces (crayfish, scallops). Positives: staff was friendly and nice. Service was slow but they tried their best. It was busy. Would come back if they do better. But otherwise, first and last time supporting.

Place does not deserve any stars at all. For the price paid (>$30/pax), it’s not worth the bad service & terrible food. Orders were never complete. Shabu shabu was served frozen and crumbled into pieces, crabstick has turned bad, drink was tasteless. Left after 2 rounds. Went on my birthday and the place ruined it all.

Terrible terrible experience, please do not go & save your $32.90 elsewhere lol. First things first, the timing we get was only 90 minutes - waiting for them to serve the meat already take 20-30mins. We had to drink BOWLS of soup because we waited too long and we were SUPER hungry. Whats worse is their portion, i see also i want to cry. we have 4 people leh, the servings......omg, maybe for 1-2 pax. The first food that came was the beef, chicken & the sauces. JUST THAT. no rice, no maggi, no seafood, no nothing. so we waited for another 15-20mins to receive the REST of the items. How long already you tell me. 90 MINUTES LEH. after 15-20mins later, they came with mushrooms & vegetables ONLY and can literally returned back the form to us for us to prep 2nd round. HELLO? MY SEAFOOD RICE ALL WHERE. We came first but other tables around us got the seafood and all. maybe they assumed they have served the seafood to us. ASSUMED?? my friend went to ask the server and without any apology, just took the paper away and took ANOTHER 20 mins to serve our seafood, rice etc. lol my quail eggs can literally count eh. 5 quail eggs for 1 round with 4 pax....wah very full🙃 not forget to mention, the servers ALOT but the one whom took & arrange the raw foods was only 1, that probably explains the waiting time. honestly i don't know whats taking them so long, when the portion to begin with is so so small, and the foods we received are also wrong😟 something we dont order, we get, something we ordered, never get. like pointless we tick the form. they were so eager to ask us to pay immediately upon sitting down, but after paying hor, the servers dont bother to entertain us already✊🏻😟 given 90 minutes & with the current customer service, we only managed to go for 2 rounds. LOL go seoul garden can go up to 4 rounds leh, portion more also. out of good will, they extended our time a little but it was just extra 15 mins - it wasnt enough to compensate the time they ACTUALLY took. customer service -1. nothing much to comment on the servers, so far all ok. The griller.....zzz it doesnt even equally heat up. wasnt sure if its a faulty griller but only one side of griller was very hot. We spent more than half an hour with just grilling, even after half an hour, meat still not cooked. The aluminium foil was burned after several grills but was told that we arent allowed to change. 😕 so meaning we have to continue grilling over a burned foil? On a note, i would like to commend the tom yum soup, it was delicious - without a doubt. However though, Farah Diana Steamboat seriously have ALOT of areas to improve, especially with the current portion served and waiting time.

We booked for our friend’s birthday and we had a blast at Farah Diana Steamboat. The service was chef kiss and they were kind enough to let us stay a bit longer for us to consume the cake. Overall, the was a wide selection of choices and the food itself taste good, and if you’re planning on going, I would highlight recommend you to do so.
