Ordered 5 bucket separate without meal + 3 whip + 3 root bears initially. Cashier added in the meal of the 5 bucket instead which led me having to pay more. Additionally, the lady said that there was no refund in the first place. (Keep pushing it that we wanted it for take away). Finally, she refunded us the 3 whips & 3 root bears. Very bad service.. still! I ordered 3 drum sticks 2 thighs but received 1 drumstick 3 thighs & 1 wing.

The large combos are good value for money. Chicken pieces have a good crunch and moist tasty flesh inside. Even after so many years, this is one fast food chain that is still chugging along because of its consistent standards Prices keep inching up though , and now we just only have the chicken without the sides because they are disproportionately more expensive

Worst KFC outlet ever visited in my life. Gave them 3 tries within months apart and they were consistently horrible. Rude staff, rude servers. Chicken came cold Bread of burger was never even heated up. If you want a taste of cold chicken dry cold bread please try to visit this outlet. All 3 visits during different months were consistently bad. Something is wrong. Not surprised by the many negative reviews. Probably the worst kfc outlet in the world.

Their self serve machines are always down. This time, I just stand at the counter, and the manager just walks away, and no one at the counter. Older man at the counter just in charge of shouting out orders. Stood there for 15mins. Totally ignored. You don't need any more business? So I just spend my money elsewhere. Bought McDonalds and got my food in less than 5mins.

I love kfc breakfast. Can have both Asian and western food at the same time. Now they have buddy meal where you can have the porridge and the waffle meal with 2 hash brown and 2 drinks. Do note that even though the pic showed the waffle with chicken, you can choose the other one which is waffle with bacon and mushroom.
