Giving a 5 star review for the patience and good attitude by the staff working on International Fried Chicken day here. Despite the many orders and consistently long queue, they still go about to performing their job efficiently. Special mention to Peter whom help to update my order to 'Original' for the chicken as I forgot to mention it during ordering

We pre-ordered 2 orders to be picked up at 18:45 and each order is 5 pieces of chicken but when we picked them up and opened the box at home it only had 2 pieces of chicken in each box so we had to go back to the store again. This is not the first time from this store. This is really pathetic and they need to hire more competent staff who takes their job more seriously.

Rude cashier(s) to start off with... Doesn't have much of a crowd compared to the next door McDonald's. Queues are fairly short and cashiers are quite fast in handling orders. Portugese Egg Tart was pretty good, though a little pricey ($1.30) for the size. However, it's quite rare to see a cheap egg tart these days, especially one as fresh and fluffy as KFC's. American Twister comes with scrambled egg, hashbrown, ham, cheese and mayo. Size (and pricing) is questionable, but it does the job as a breakfast meal at the start of the day. Quite delicious, and will definitely try out the original twister. Ample seating with different styles of chairs and spots. Regularly cleaned although it can take a while for consumed trays to be taken away...

Visited at 10:20 pm on 18/01/22 to buy a take away meal. The customer service assistant was just rude that she kept telling 'we only have these' and showed some chicken in plastic bag. They close at 10:30, and they had already packed the remaining chicken in bags. She did not want to sell me at all based on her responses. Guess why. 10:30 means you should serve us until 10:30. I had drove from far to reach there in time. very disappointing.
