Full up mall. Expensive parking. Limited parking too.
An update to my review, I’ve entered the mall’s Carpark at 1801H, with a gps smart watch, to my horror, when I exited I was charged with a timing starting at 17:59:55…….
This is unsatisfactory. Is the mall trying to earn more by having an inaccurate timing in its system?

Nice shopping mall to shop and dine. Plenty of shops. Convenient location next to Jurong East major train station interchange.

Mall itself is fine and has a good mix of shops.
Low score was entirely due to the crowds. Completely extinguished my desire to shop and I went home to get my stuff online instead.
A good place to shop at if you can stand the excessive crowds (observed many window shoppers who just want to get out of their homes and would leave the mall without spending).

Jem's newest attraction is the Ikea and plenty of restaurant to offer within this mall which is just next to Westgate and Jurong East MRT. There is a NTUC Xtra in this mall.

Parking is horrendous. Missed almost 20mins of my movie due to the mall allowing vehicles to enter even tho it’s at max capacity. There are about 6-7 faulty parking sensors that are not fixed. This gives false info to the entry sensor that keeps allowing cars in. FIX THIS JEM!! Traffic JAM AT YOUR CARPARK!!
From entry to even exit there were vehicles stuck!

Pretty much a local favorite ever since it opened. It's fairly modern and has pretty much whatever you want in a mall. Huge theater , multiple F&B stores , IT and furniture and even has an Ikea . One of my favourite malls in Singapore and it's very accessible too.

There are many options.
I picked up candles from Yankee candles and room freshners at level 1.
There are links to IMM, WEST GATE, BIG BOX ,J CUBE and Eng Teng Fong hospital.
