Sixteen Ounces

I’ll be back for the drinks but not the food. I really appreciate them taking in the dogs but the tacos we ordered were nothing like the ad. They were dripping in grease. There’s only 2 people working at busy hours so it takes so long to place an order. Pity because I really looked forward to coming here. The drink selection was great though.

One thing I noticed was that there's no GST and Service Charge! The prices you see are all nett! I'd say it's a nice place to have craft beers. The pachos are good, though the quail egg sambal fries were just alright. Not my first time there, and definitely won't be my last. Will head back again soon one of these days.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon to try the food. Yeah, I know the place is probably better known for its craft beer ... And surely the food tastes better after a few beers! We tried the and fish tacos. The servings were small for both dishes. One serving / dish is not sufficient as a meal for anyone with a big appetite. Tacos were standard, nothing extraordinary. The burger patty meat was nice and tender. However, perhaps the chef had mistakenly put a double helping of salt? The burger was too salty for my taste. Otherwise, the service was good. The ambience was location appropriate, a bar atmosphere.

Food was good for the price! My husband really enjoyed his double cheeseburger which was really juicy and tender - but the sides of chips is nothing much to scream about and doesn’t really value add to the dish as it doesn’t come with any dips or sauces anyway. The Easter special lamb had a surprisingly spicy kick but the lamb was cooked to perfection and didn’t have any gamey taste. We also ordered the beef and fish tacos. The beef was outstanding but the fish was dry and looks over-fried. Will come back again if I’m craving some comfort Western food.
