Mos Burger

Had a vegetarian burger 🍔, salad was out of stock but arrived later. Both the men managing the stall Chan and Nithan were friendly and helpful. They handled long queues by preparing food fast. There is a sitting area next to it. Price wise it's ok. Taste wise ,it can improve. Burger can have cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce. I was happy to get a burger with no onion and garlic. I like my salad to be in my burger not packed separately. With salad you could only choose one out of two dressings ,I chose sesame dressing. Take away queues were there too,people could place order themselves at the side and collect the food from the counter. Great use of this type of not so huge area.

Review 21/12/21 Standard and quality of their food dropped. They changed their tomato and chilli sauces and they don't taste nice at all compared to the previous. The sauces taste/ look artificial now.. On the packet it says it contains high fructose syrup and other low quality ingredients Their fries are lousy and not crispy. Small fries for $2.35. Not worth it. Ordered fish burger. The fish doesnt taste as nice and I suspect they changed sources. Say hi to inflation and lower quality ingredient substitutes. They're also launching their Mos Burger app and membership soon but not gonna take that bait especially with this huge disappointment. Don't think I'll be patronizing Mos burger anymore. It's sad to see another of my favourite fast food restaurants turn into a low quality food chain like Burger King.

Came here to take away food on 14 Nov, 7:20pm and witnessed the most atrocious attitude a service line staff could have. While reading off the list from the phone, the staff (chinese girl) said "can you faster or not?". Plus there wasn't even a long queue. Never visiting this place ever again. The damiglaced wagyu cheese burger was also dry. No sauce on the paper or even on the burger. Very disappointed with the food & attitude of the staff.

Terrible, simply ignore my takeaway order and give priority to dine in and delivery. My Q was 3865 and they served 1033, 1029, 3868, 3867 after 3864. Waited for 40 minutes. Not even a word of explanation or apologies when I go ask them why after 3868 and all the 1xxx still not my turn 😡😡😡😡😡 This is my 3rd bad experience with MOS burger, will never buy from them again !!!!!
