Donuts at this branch stands out amongst the others due to 2 factors Donut was baked with a soft and fluffy feel...does not have the plasticky taste like some other branches Choc pudding donuts had ample chocolate fillings which would ooze out with every bite...unlike some branches which had barely 1/4 internal fillings Keep up the good work

voucher still valid but counter says one month ago ady no more valid` Reason? because the boss says can not give already! Business no good also must honor vakid voucher right? I initially thought would top up cash to buy more to support economy... now think over.. I wll never patronise Dunkin Donuts stores forever😤

😕 ruined my last weekend hours... Today the store at Jcube was closed at least 20 min before 9pm. I came at 8:40. Such a disappointment! The shop assistant told me they ran out of donuts. How should I know about that? I came to the mall specifically for the donuts. Make sure you have enough stock or update your open hours at least!

I visited Dunkin Donut at J Cube on 13/10/2020 at about 1546 hours. Eveything was well in the beginning when i was being being greeted by a 'senior chinese auntie' who showed me the price and recommended me to varities of donuts which i bought a dozen. Thereafter, i proceeded to the counter for payment which i greeted/said 'Hi' to the cashier but was ignored by a malay lady with tan coloured skin. Payment was made and there wasnt a word uttered by the cashier by acknowledging payment made or something. Thereafter, after i took the bag of donut, she place a bag containing two bottles. So being unsure i question, does that belong to me. She just simply answered 'YA'. And of course i double confirm again with the same question and this time she answered 'together with the donut'. I know times are bad and people are facing difficulty but that doesnt serve or give you the right impression to not serve your customers fairly. I am not seeking for a tip top customer service. But honestly if the 'chinese auntie' have at least acknowledge and showing interest by recommending products which i applaude her best. So why could the other lady staff who collected payment showing her 'no interest' of serving. I assume Dunkin Donut Management could retrieved the CCTV for the mentioned date and time. Like i mentioned with this difficult moment, everybody need food on the table, i dont expect perfection but at least some basics.
