Mcdonald's

If I could give 0, stars, I definitely would. Serving of food is slow, food are cold. Serving those take aways and delivery instead of customers that are dining in. Update: Ordered food through the app at 6.53pm. And still didn't manage to get the food by 7.53pm. Went to the manager(Victor) to ask for a refund, and was told that he cannot refund from their machine. Mentioned to him to at least update customer's that are waiting the waiting time, or at least have the cheek to apologise and deal with customers that are already infront of the counter for their food first. Many are asking for refunds but none of the staff even bothered to entertain any of us. He ask me not to review online but review on the macdonald feedback app. Which I have already done so many times as this happens many time as well. Literally a slow food restaurant.

Manager by the name of Victor just threw my food in front of my face. He didn't even put in the food items in the plastic carrier properly. No disregard for customer. When I asked him if he was the manager and this is how he usually treats customer, he just said sorry very quickly and went on to his work. I understand it can be busy but this is not right. Happened on 4th July 2022 around 10pm. As a manager, if this is the attitude you're displaying to the other staff, then it's very disappointing. Very very bad service.

waited 1.5h for 2 burgers and 1 fries. when asked the staff multiple times they kept saying not ready. when asked the manager the manager simply grab our order which is at the side and gave it to us. manager asked us(in a nice way) why didn't we ask the staff which we said we did. was indeed a frustrating experience.

Nasty female malay staff makes for a nasty unpleasant visit. Obviously not happy with life and decides to take it out on the unsuspecting customer with attitude stares glares and fierce behaviour?! Unprofessional idiot. Cannot talk nicely. Try asking questions and you're a marked person. Try asking any questions and you get yelled at, stared at like u committed a crime, ignored like you're invisible. The idea is to let the customer know how unwelcome u are, cannot ask any questions. 2 big burgers give one serviette cos she's not happy. Witch! Get lost from the front lines! And stop spoiling others day. Longest wait of any mcdonald's. The kitchen's not equipped to handle the volume of orders, not in terms of equipment or staff. Double fish burger any how made, reflecting the lousy quality of this outlet. It needs an overhaul

i waited for my order for about 30 minutes. around 20 minutes my order number disappeared from the big screen above the collection counter so i assumed that they had to clear way for the newer order numbers. however, i noticed that they were beginning to call for the people who ordered their meals long after i had paid for mine. so i walked to the collection counter and saw my order on the table below it! i informed them that my order was ready over there and they ignored me. one polite staff finally gave me my meal but by the time i had received it, it wasn't warm anymore (probably from being left out for over 10 minutes). mildly disappointing experience.
