Slated for demolition because an enbloc-sale had pulled through some time ago. Many owners &/ tenants have moved out with some about to do so. Nearest MRT station would be Tanjong Pagar. It is also within walking distance from Chinatown and upcoming Maxwell (on Thomson-East Coast Line). Food options are readily available at Maxwell hawker centre, Amoy Street, Tanjong Pagar Plaza and even Chinatown Complex. Pity, but that's the way the world is going.
