Siang Siang Chwee Kueh

One of my favourite stalls that I would definitely patronise whenever I'm at 85 bedok market place. They offer very tasty, juicy and well barbecued chicken wings. I have been eating their bbq chicken wings at this stall for at least 2 decades. The taste still remains the same and most importantly, it is as juicy as it was to be. They offer packed nasi lemak with otar too. I'm never in time for the nasi lemak, always sold out by the time I get there The otar is nice and flavourful and value for its price. Definitely my top of the chart stalls to patronise whenever I'm here at bedok 85 Market place. 😋😋😋😋😋

This is one of those stalls that I go to very frequently - for their nasi lemak and otah. They open around mid day when the packets of nasi lemak are still in the containers shipped freshly to the stall. The otah here in my view is one of the best - soft and grilled perfectly. The nasi lemak is $1.30 per packet and the small otah $3 for 5 pieces. To me, the satisfaction way surpasses that.

The chicken is so juicy and tender! One of the better bbq chicken I had actually. It tasted so good that I forgot to try it with the Chili sauce! 🤣 And I believe the chicken seems slightly bigger than what I normally come across in other shops. Recommended by my brother who has frequented Bedok 85 market often. I can see why!

3.5+ stars. Food quality: Probably the best chicken wing in the area, tender and not dry, not too salty, nicely marinated, and chilli is not too spicy but still has kick! Food portion / Price: $1.4 per chicken wing, costs more than competitor Chong Pang Huat at $1.3 - you’re paying for better quality! Crowd: Expect to wait somewhat for your chicken to be cooked and served. Payment: Cash, pay now by mobile phone also accepted recently.

Went there today and we were sitting right beside the stall. Friend ordered and paid for it right after. The food came when my friend was not around and the lady asked us to pay again. Since I didn't know the food was already paid for, I just made the payment. The usual style at this hawker is that you pay when you order, not when the food arrives at your table. Food is good but beware of this.
