This Restaurant has an interesting spread as evidenced on the menu. The prices are reasonable too imho. The place gets crowded and so i assume must be popular. The food was just ok. I had requested for very little sugar in my coffee ☕, but still it turned up way too sweet for me to drink. One thing though is the presence of flies which to me should be a strict no-no 👎. They have installed a fly trap which does not seem to be effective. Lastly, now that we return our trays and clear our litter attention must be paid by the restaurant to proper cleaning of tables, sanitising and cleaning of floor etc

WASTE OF MONEY!!! Ordered a "chicken meatball" noodle and was served this. Appearance wise, it looks nothing like the chicken meatball noodle shown in the picture on the menu and looks like fishball noodle. When I checked with the staff, he assured me that it was chicken meatball noodle. When I ate it, the texture was exactly like fishball and there was no hint of chicken either. Checked with the staff again and he told me that is how their chicken meatball noodle is like. Really the WORST "chicken meatball" that I have ever eaten, if you can even call it chicken at all. Even the frozen chicken meatballs from supermarket taste better. Please do not serve poor quality food after increasing your prices.

Chinese aunty at rice station was exceptionally rude today. I was looking at the choices available above me and there was no one in queue so i was just standing and the aunty had the nerve to literally say “faster” in a very rude way. I do not think this is the standard of how a staff should treat their customers.Horrible.

This outlets at Waterway point. My 2nd time here at 10.30pm and your staff literally ignored every one outside and shouted " 卖完了 （sold out)" says its closed already. When it still very obvious that foods are still available. Its not understandable she is doing this way before closing time. Please resolve this kind of staff working attitude.
