I order roast beef,with extra egg honey oat bread without onion. End up they have given me wrong order. Takes time and the crew keep talking to each other while attending long Q. Where is this chicken piece and lots of onion came from. Is this pre prepared already?

The order was placed at 2 pm for pick up at 214 pm, but upon arrival, the order was not ready. It was ready only 6 minutes later.

Always a joy visiting this outlet. The serving crew are fun especially the Philippines young man at the first station. This evening went again, same awesome crew. Serving with amble communications and smiles, made my sandwiche more delicious. Keep it up, crew!

As a resident here, I frequent this outlet often.
Whenever I am there, I am always impressed by staff Yamei's attitude and service language.
At a fast-food chain, I have never expected any staff to actually go the extra mile with recommendations but Yamei exceeded that wonderfully.
Kudos to her and I do hope her unspoken hardworking attitude gets recognised.

Excellent service provided by the staff today! Went for my dinner break today to this outlet and will definitely be back for more! Teriyaki chicken sub & tomato soup was perfect😊

As usual quick service for a healthy bite. Ordered the new bite breaded chicken cutlet. Not too bad. Only one thing I don’t like is the staff asks you to add on. I had asked for combo, thinking it included the cookie. The staff asked me and I said yes and got an additional $1.40 charge which is don’t need.
Suggestion to Subway staff to prompt customer of additional charges, which can be unnecessary costly.

Overall is ok. went there frequently but one of the staff is quite blur. Once she put the wrong mains in my wrap, second time she forget to put greens. It's not a big deal but I hope she can be more vigilant.
