Jewel Coffee Tanjong Pagar Centre

As an ex service staff, it thrills me that I got one of the best service in Jewel cafe at this branch. From ordering the beverage and cake to getting my order served was attended to by lifeless glare and lack of cordiality. Even a simple gesture of of removing the plastic wrapper and placing the cake nicely can’t even be done. Perhaps the staff prefer to just idle and not serve anyone on a Saturday afternoon. The management should probably close down this branch. With service like this, I would think this outlet is bleeding monthly. Even McCafe does a way better service and is cheaper too. Guess it will be the last time I visit this outlet.

Very courteous & warm staff, conducive environment to get work done on a weekday. The place isn't too cold or too warm to stay in :) some tables have charging points nearby. As with all outlets, free Wi-Fi available without the need of password (need to give email/login with Facebook). Coffee's IMO reasonably comforting on a sleepy sluggish day. Would be back for sure.
