Good food, grumpy staff. The waiters, supervisor and manager were all serving the food to every table without saying a word, without looking at the people and they sounded grumpy. It wasn't busy, so I would advise them to take some time to smile and pause at every table to ask if everything is okay. Or take another job if you can't serve good food with passion. The food was good, tasteful and on quality. Price was relatively cheap and speed of the preparation was fast.

Excellent service. 1. Was initially served by Sally who was extremely patient and helpful with our questions and requests because of my seafood allergy. Later Tracy came along and provided more information about the food and even took her own initiative to mark out food that I'm allergic to on our receipt for me to take note. 2. Clean environment. Table was cleared promptly, but only after asking if they can clear the empty dishes. 3. Tea was topped up before we finished the cup.

THW menu board is simple as compared to other restaurants. Yet ……Service from the staff level kinda lacking the enthusiasm to serve, there are more staff headcount than customers. I felt like I need to be on the other end to say ‘thank you for trying to serve’ just to wake that lackluster teenager male cashier expressionless mood…..unmistakable if you are unhappy unmotivated don’t have to report to work!
