Got 2 Shroom ‘N Cheese Pockett for my me and my hubby as dinner but my Pockett was reduced to less than half the original size while my hubby’s Pockett seems just as advertised. So I went up to the counter and questioned the staff about the differences between my two pocketts and she just told me “it’s all the same” and opened up a new Pockett and the meat portion was just as pathetic as mine except with a wider wrap and asked to exchange mine but I said no because what’s the point of it? IMHO, just stick with your KFC and nothing else if you can’t promised what you advertised and give customer this kind of unethical standards @ $9.95 (and the staff didn’t inform that the wedges had been replaced by the fries.) Signs of bad biz or is it just a bad joke? I got it, KFC😉

KFC is conveniently located at the entrance of Sun Plaza. It is also rather spacious with many seats. However, depending on the time which you go, there might be a staff stationed at the entrance who will assign you your seat. The food at KFC is alright. I feel that the standard of KFC has plummeted over the years. It is also probably the reason why KFC usually has empty tables because diners usually choose to eat elsewhere to have their fried chicken fix. The food is served quite fast after ordering and you can collect your food once your number has been displayed at the food collection area. Do take note that you still have to return your trays after you are done with your meal. Go to KFC if you wish to eat fried chicken but are too lazy to queue for other better ones, like Jollibee.

There's smth wrong with the service. There was a crowd and I missed hearing my number the first time, however my number was still under 'Now preparing' so I didn't suspect much. The whole 3-4 minutes I was standing at the front no service staffs called out my number. So now my food has been placed out for a while and my shroom and cheese wrap is cold. Even after collecting my food, my number is STILL under 'Now preparing'. Horrible
