The food was hot and fresh not like the one i visit before. First time saw the counter guy but so experienced and handling the customer so politely. Couldn't see his name because no name tag. There's a new girl also vinsa, working together so well and the orders served so fast. Really appreciate the way the guy serve politely and the way the girl manager manage even not enough crews. Hope the regular managers and workers can learn from them.

Standard BK fast food but oh god the service is terrible. Longest waiting time ever for a "fast food" standard. Even when you're looking at a restaurant standard, it's worse. Staff is rude. There was a woman in front of me waiting to order and all the staff could muster was "you wait wait you wait ah". Could've been more professional. Scrapped!

Can verify the place is definitely understaffed. BK if you're reading this, please be humane. Poor staff struggling during peak dinner hours. So here's a hack, if you are in a rush and want your food fast, you can order directly from the counter instead of the self serve mschine. A customer who arrived after me got his order first this way.

Good BK stuff but the service is agonizingly slow and understaffed at the busiest hours on the weekend. Took 40 mins to serve an order that was just 2 burgers and nothing else with only a few customers ahead of me. The backlog after me got worse and showed no signs of easing. What exacerbated the issue was the speed of the person serving at the counter - a lot of redundant movement and double checking.
