Yes Pot

Soup base were really good as per all BITP outlets. Collagen soup is thick and flavourful. Mala soup is fragrant and can taste the herbs used in the soup. However, upon seated we were told we have 1.5 hours of dining time (which is reasonable), but after we ate for an hour, the staff brought over our bill and told us to check the bill and that there were people waiting for our table. Even though we were supposed to have another half hour, we were rushed to finish up our food and dessert and leave.

The iPad for ordering is not smooth, sometimes it lags. Quite annoying to order. The soup based ( so called vitamin C tomato sweet corn & beauty collagen soup ) is good. Plenty of sauce options, can try them all. The service is not very much outstanding. Attracted by their nice facade and their interior. Overall I rather much think is slightly overpriced for a standard like these. Assorted beef platter. ( beef lover ) personally not recommended ( assorted ball platter ) Japanese crab sticks; are normal to me. fried bean curd prefered hdl.

Dong Fen wasn’t cut. The length of it went up to at least 60cm high. Thought of requesting a scissors but forget it, then turns out the remaining small bit in the bowl was cut. Wanted to ask for a bowl to take out the remaining Dong fen. But couldn’t see any waitress available. Wagyu wasn’t up to the expectation, left two pieces there. Service here very average like other restaurants out there. The waitress knew we were leaving because she wanted to pour the remaining soup refill and i told her not to. When we stood up, she then asked there’s dessert, would we like to have before leaving. So… they were just too busy! Soup was nourishing but overall the flow of the food flavour in the soup didn’t attract me. Never had this experience at other beauty in the pot outlet. In short, slight disappointment.

They have similar service across all Beauty-in-the-pot. Reliable food and menu, delicious and of a huge variety. Service is a bit slow and they always assume you speak Chinese. I like the fact we can have four different pots and manage to taste different types of soups. The dipping sauce choice is amazing.

Went in Feb 2022: First time ar BITP. Pricey but delicious. Also, any place that can serve peeled prawns to me is a WIN in my book. Had an issue with our reservation- For some reason it appeared as cancelled in the system when we arrived, but thankfully we were early enough that they could give us a table.
