Bottle Tree Restaurant

This secluded place is a place not many people known exists. Transportation is an issue for those who do not have their own car or motorcycle. The food however can be a reason to visit this place. The chinese restaurant located on level 2 cooks up a tasty feast with relatively low cost and big portion. The seating area is however small, and unable to accommodate many, and also is not air conditioned. The sea view is great while dining.

Location is rather ulu... but by the sea front. Unique experience in Singapore. Great if you have a car. Food is fresh and delicious! Especially the crab! Service from the staff is commendable! Never know the existence of this restaurant until today but was told that tomorrow will be the last day of operation at this location... nevertheless, they have another branch at Teo Hong road.

My wife and I had our dinner here. Beautiful view by the sea; enjoyed the cooling seabreeze. (probably because a rain had just ended) We ordered 1 x seafood fried rice, fish maw soup with crab meat and stingray. Fried rice had a beautiful smokey flavour and 3 giant fresh prawns. Fish maw soup had a smooth consistency and went well with vinegar. Stingray was the highlight! Had an amazing touch of char flavour with the rich and sumptous chilli. Moist inside and generous portion. We’ll be back, for sure.
