West Grill Station

Was surprised to see the reviews here average to 2.4stars. But this shop is a 5 stars for me though. Have ordered this via foodpanda twice and both times, the food were to my expectation. Each set is about $10.90 to $12.90. Comes with mac and cheese, coleslaw and fries. Ofcus, the taste and standard are not comparable to western restaurants. But its at the level or better than A*ton* la. Food is fried/grilled nicely. Interesting thing is they also have an array of sauces that you can choose from. Nice concept coming from coffeeshop western stall. This is my go-to western stall for delivery!

Ordered through grab self pickup. Food was nicely cook and delicious. Packaging can be better, apparently the carton box can’t even close entirely. Customer service need to improve too, when I am at the counter looking at them, they just look back at me then come attend to me after a few seconds of looking at me.🙄

Bad experience with this restaurant. Bought the cheese baked rice and there was a cockroach inside the dish. A cockroach baked into the cheese of the dish which was only discovered upon eating half the dish… Super disgusting. Very poor hygiene standards too. Chef was not wearing mask and sniffling while wiping his nose when I collected food. No hand washing prior to preparing my food. Terrible experience and luckily none of us got food poisoning. Do not ever order from here unless you want extra ingredients in your meal.

Ordered via deliveroo at 8pm, at 9:15pm the status is still "preparing food", and the restaurant listed itself as "closed" as it closes at 9pm. It takes more than an hour to prepare a chicken chop??? Seriously, if you're not interested in doing business, maybe just close down the stall and do something else?
