My Briyani House

we have always liked it here. today we tried the lamb shank biryani and it is out of this world. as is the keema and chapati and pratas - always great. 4 stars because we got barley and blueberry drinks. they smelled and tasted like sputum or phlegm. not cool. photo from website lol the real thing measures up to the image. I miss the soft seating area by the way.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Was raining heavily, and needed a place for my 17 month old daughter to walk about a little without squeezing with the crowd. They had a small spot outside that was available, but they chased us out as soon as we stepped in for God knows what reason. I'll never visit this place for such lack of empathy. Picture shown is the person who is at the front door who had chase us away! No wonder they are always empty.

went to ECP outlet on 2 weeks ago to take away Mutton chop with no veg unfortunately I was shocked when I reached home I found out they give me chicken chop with veg !! Actually this is not the first time this happening to me with this outlet and I also contacted the customer service via email to particular restaurant but no reply at all for 2 WEEKS !!! This is the Worst experience ever with super bad service by the restaurant staff. Very disappointed.

I used to like the food especially the branch at Sengkang Mall. Then the prata was huge and reasonably priced. After a year plus, looks like your menu here has changed. It does not indicate the cheaper food price, like the plain or egg prata. But it shows only the more expensive ones. Anyway I ordered a prata masala and a plain prata. The size of the prata masala is as small as a plain prata for $3.50 and the ingredients inside is pathetically little. The prata is less oily though, which is to my liking. Still hungry after the two prata and a drink. Guess I’m gonna give my favourite prata place a miss for the time being. So sad
