Long John Silver

Can find seats easily on Sunday 4.30pm. Only 1 counter was opened. But since I was the 2nd in queue, I don't have to wait long. Get your knife (fork is given), chili sauce & tomato sauce (there's small sauce dish available) at the counter. Can pay by nets or FavePay/Grab pay. Perhaps they are understaffed, can see that trays were not cleared fast enough. Food wise, I guess it's pretty standard. There are quite some crispy bits of flour given. The fish wasn't crispy enough though. Perhaps if you come during lunch, it's fresher.

Even though I have all the respect for elderly, there is a very aged old lady behind the counter who is very grouchy. Tried to redeem a grab deal and she acted like I owed her a living. Changed the drink to ice lemon tea and tried to pay the difference via grabpay and she insisted I didn’t tell her earlier and couldn’t change the system to cashless payment and told me to walk home to get 50cents before I can receive my food (?!!) had to frantically ask someone in the kitchen to come out and help me. Not gonna eat at this ljs outlet anymore!

My order took 25 mins to be served, and only after 4 people queuing behind me had received their food (I ordered breakfast, people who had ordered lunch even got their food before me). When my number was finally called, it turned out they had forgotten half of my order and made me wait more, without any explanation given.
