Pricing is higher than songfa upstairs so probably explains why the lack of queue here,meat wise, it has a gamey smell to it but tenderness level was about right for regular as the premium loin has sold out. The pork intestines were a bit too hard to chew on but overall service was quite attentive to help refill your soup

Located on Basement 1 @Waterway Point, Rong Hua Bak Kut Teh has a series of 3 outlets. I personally enjoy the claypot chicken, which is a seasonal dish which is not from the menu. There is a hint of Chinese cooking wine which greatly enhance the taste of the succulent chicken. The service is fast and efficient even on a weekend. BkT soup was OK, light peppery compared to other famous ones like SF or Legendary. But my braised dishes served at room temperature. Chicken feet wasn't soft and tender if u like them hard then it's okay for u... They using tauchu to braised.. So its a bit sweet on the end of Yr palate. Another thing to highlight is those poor aunties cleaning n wiping table.. They seems like no SOP to clear tables.. One of them cleared other tables. N after wiping dirty tables, cloths were place over the food counter just over the food that served from kitchen. N without sanitising both hands... She served the food to my table. Its kind of speechless over this hygiene problem I witnessed. I hope the management will look into this. Not to mention all staffs are very friendly n nice yes
