Nice place to avoid the crowd. Price slightly on the higher side compared to coffee shops but it is located near town. Had kuey tiao and barley drink. Not bad.
Edit 21 Jul: large portion of Xin Zhou beehoon. Slight sweet spicy tomato taste. Recent work crowd is back

Fast and cheap for the CBD. Not the healthiest but does the job. Had sweet and sour pork with rice. I wish it had more veggies on the side. There is no aircon inside

Fantastic coffee and eggs. Carot cake was a favorite for children. Could add bean sprouts (FOC) to carrot cake if requested.

Just sharing the menu for others to have a look, it was closed when I visited on weekday evening .

Ordered chicken curry with noodles and fish ball noodles. Both are good. Don't bother with the bee hoon goreng, it's blend and not filling.

You can find real singapore taste here. Coffee tasted so good combined with toast kaya. You also have to try their half boiled eggs. For muslim traveller, please be aware of their other home cooking menu like mee, bihun, nasi goreng etc coz they also served pork.

Had to seek shelter cuz of a heavy downpour and the coffee shop nostalgia kicked in just when dine in restrictions were announced... Nice traditional atmosphere with friendly staff.. the coffee was so so.. isn't killiney's strength imo
