Very warm and friendly staff. Automatically offered warm or col water before placing any order. Ordered the tandoori chicken sandwich with a soft and lightly sweet bread. Tender and not dry. Tasty and not with too much spice. Salad is very fresh. I love this outlet... very comfortable and definitely observing the social distance guideline.

Great tarts, however, you would be lucky to receive it. Bought and paid for 3 items for takeaway. Trusting the waitress to pack the pastries, I did not open the box to check to see if everything was inside. My mistake. When I got home, I found out that the box only contained 2 items out of the 3. Unfortunately, I paid for all 3 items. I have emailed Paul for help, but so far no response. Needless to say, I'll not be patronising Paul again.

I bought my lemon meringue tart and chocolate tart at raffles place outlet to go. I ate the chocolate but accidentally dropped my lemon meringue on the ground. I feel very upset as I ℒℴѵℯ their lemon meringues. So I went back to the outlet to see if it can be replaced for free with the dropped tart still in the paper bag. I mean I didn't expect anything to be done, but the staff could have been more patient and explain that its not the company's policy to replace the tart. Instead, she said it's a take out and it's not her problem and if I want I can purchase another. I mean with that attitude, I'm just not feeling it. I hope the company can go the extra mile for such a request and customers will appreciate it. It's not as if I am trying to get a free tart for nothing. This really ruin the mood for lunch. Hope the management can look into this.
