Pocket was niceee the best as always! Disappointing thing is...fast food doesn't seem to be fast.....I'm not sure if they are really short-handed or what. The queue took forever. Another bad thing was the fries...it felt like it has been there forever...cold fries with taste of old oil...like reused oil to fry....fast food should be fast and efficient and just made not too long as well..

This KFC is a long-time establishment in Heartland Mall. I used to frequent here as a teenager with my friends and it's good to see that the staff are still friendly. This KFC primarily hires elderly and hard-working disabled persons, but they are highly amicable and always trying their best. I deducted one star because the fried chicken I had at my last visit tasted of very old, unchanged oil. My partner and I were nauseous after our lunch there.

Disappointing service. 1) only 1 out of 3 counters accept cashless payment, despite all counters having NETS terminal installed. 2) Asked for a grilled chicken set, was told by staff that it was sold out. But after I finished my meal, saw staff serving someone the grilled chicken set. Could have told me that they needed time to prepare, instead of telling me "Sold out already".

Ordered online takeaway of 10 pcs hot spicy chicken. Yet they gave me 7 pieces of original receipe chicken pieces and 3 hot ones. Original receipe chicken soggy and salty!!!!! I appreciate that you hire such disabled person, but the customer service from that woman cashier was appealing, talked very rudely!!!! I am not going to buy from this Kovan branch anymore!!!
