Had the mookata set, which cost 39.95. Portion was huge, enough for 2. Quality of the meat and seafood has much left to be desired, meat seems to be frozen and was in lump. While paying, I inquired the cashier on the pricing for buffet menu and was informed that it costs half as much as the set not only does it come with eat all you can meat and seafood it also includes free flow drinks. Would not recommend this place but if you wish to try, go for the buffet menu.

I HATE This place so much!!! Extremely rude waiter Chinaman inside the restaurant was cussing me when I switched orders Mookata is extremely overpriced and their Buffet meals at first glance looks worth it but when u get it, the food is substandard The pan which frys the food is totally useless , Broke down twice 1 small piece of meat takes 10mins to cook Furthermore china man working inside can blame me and fault me when the mookata broke down. He Stare at me and my Friend and put out a extremely aggressive tone and demeanour , even throwing the plate on our table when we ordered the food.

Used to have reasonable quality meat but the standard dropped to an unacceptable level. The chicken and pork had a sourness to it, definitely not fresh. Went on a Sun afternoon and after getting my 2nd serving of prawns, the manager informed that they ran out of prawns. It was disappointing that they serve buffet with limited quantity, I only had 14 prawns, this 1 star rating is for the good prawns they had. Their boat noodles, braised pork rice, etc weren't available cos the cook wasn't around. The other cooked food had limited quantities and were not replenished. There were only 6pcs of chicken wings when we reached there at 2pm. I used to love this place with the super friendly Chinese manager who was very enthusiastic in serving customers. But he doesn't seem to be there anymore. Service definitely not as good as before but food is even worse than the service. No longer a good deal. Last visit.

The food tastes ok. But the service is very very terrible!!! There are only 2 ppl serving the customer! Everything is very slowww!!! We waited 30min+ for our food to arrive (it's all raw food they don't need to cook the food at all, but it still takes sooooo long!) There are also small flies flying around in the restaurant! We even found a dead fly in our soup base!🙃 the person in the restaurant replied that 'it's totally ok, it's just a small black thing'🙂then he asked us to pass him the spoon to scoop the fly out of the soup😌 He unwillingly changed the soup for us after we insisted. (Fyi, they still charge that 10% service charge!) Anyway I will never visit this restaurant again. It's the worst meal i ever experienced in sg.
