Coffee Toast Express

The male staff was behind the cashier, and was just doing his own things, while two other colleagues were urging him to serve me. Terrible terrible service, no badge so can't identify. Left ear have piercing and black rim specs. The boss should train this staff, embarrassment to Singaporean at the airport!!!

Coffee Toast at Changi T2 very bad service. Just came back from overseas, want to order food, cashier told me he change shift need to came back 11pm+ to order. Where got service line change shift cannot take orders!!! It should be 1 to 1 change & no pause of service??? What type of food service line is that!!!
