The staff at LiHO are in desperate need of retraining for preparation of hot beverages. Ordered a warm milk tea and it was served scalding hot. The plastic straw melted after I put it in, and I could have severely burned my tongue. When I returned to get the drink replaced, the staff wanted to just pass me a new straw. Same thing happened at their I12 Katong outlet.
