Horrible food. Mushroom is raw. Beef tasted odd and not fresh at all. Not going to return again. The wait and service is very slow, seems to be understaffed till food is left on counter before server can serve. Lamb and chicken meat is so tough and gross. Worse dinner ever. A simple cheese sausage can go wrong too, too dry. Kitchen staff are constantly screaming at each other.

I'd like to say I love my experience eating in Chargrill. I read some reviews saying the portion is small but as you can see in my photo it is more than enough. What's more is that the presentation is great and the staff is efficient and friendly. Try them out to see what's real. For me, I give 5 stars!

The food is definitely not worth the price they charge. I ordered the mixed grill platter which was disastrous. The portion of the each meat item was extremely small. I do understand that each mixed grill platter meat item are usually lesser than their normal portion counterparts. However, other restaurants in Singapore that sells mixed grill platter at their price would have a much more reasonable portion than what was offered. The plate was also messily put together which was totally unappetising. The only thing that manage to salvage my horrible experience of the food was the staff. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy on that day, the staff maintained their professionalism and ensured that all the customer were well taken care of which was really commendable :)
