West Grill Station

Anchorvale Rd, #01-07 Block 308, Singapore 540308 This West Grill Station attidute of the lady is super bad. Ordered a carbonara $7.90 (too cheap)😂 ask for tomato sauce she say dun have its sold out,as I'm sitting nest to her stall I've heard the Next order came in and ordered some items $44 ask for same tomato sauce she say YES. And the next thing is their food is really not nice.Carbonara with No Egg.Its not Carbonara it's a cream base instead.

Ordered the chicken cutlet, chicken was alright but the mac and cheese was horrendously disgusting. It had a light yellow colour with a bland and charred taste? There wasn't even a subtle cheese taste... To make things worse, the waiting time was long and the price wasn't exactly fantastic. End of story, it's just not worth the time and money...

If I can give a zero, I would. Ordered a simple cheese sausage set for my son and while ordering the guy was showing a buay song attitude because I interrupted his game possibly. I proceeded to buy noodles for my wife and myself. We were sitting RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE STALL. By the time we finished our noodles, the food was not here yet. I saw the guy busy chatting and pressing his phone and the lady was preparing burger for the person from noodle stall instead. Bewildered I went to ask and they totally forgot about my order despite me sitting right in front of their stall and they had no other walk in customer! They were just busy with food delivery orders and forgot all about us! Truly a bad experience! Will never patronise this stall again!

Extremely bad customer service. Last time i ordered Ribeye steak and added an extra sunny side up, i asked for more sauce to add on top of the egg, i was told by the cook that they usually charge customers for extra sauce 😠... so horrible! Also, don't bother to order from them. Even if you order medium done for the steak, they still give you charred and rubber hard meat! Frankly, i won't have asked for more sauce if not for the always terrible steak. Will not order from them again even though it was nearest western stall for me. I would rather walk abit more to get better food and service

1 is too much. Paid $19 for amixed grill. The total amount of meat inside was less than a normal chicken chop u get from another store. The chicken chop in this mixed grill was the size of a macdonalds round egg and pounded flat. The steak was a burn tiny egg sized thing. It was hilarious. Paid $9 for meatballs which were the size of quail eggs and came floating in tomato soup. Im not a giant eater but both meals count have been eaten in 1 mouthful. Absolutely hilarious. Im not even mad, i was laughing my head off at the joke they played on me.

Usually would order takeout and there a also a wait, but not to crowded. Like the fish and chips which is the usual and simply. However not so much of the veggies that is in purple. Chips are soft and nice the way I like it. Packaging is good with the individual compartment so the food does not cross each other. Especially when you order the other range where there is much sauce.

Waited for 1h 15min for my food. There were so many other people waiting angrily! Some even canceled their orders after waiting for 1h. Despite that, the stall continued taking in NEW ORDERS both at the stall and on Grab Food, without informing new customers that the wait time was more than one hour! That is so irresponsible! Will not ever order again!
