Liho Tea

Went to this branch wanted to get some bubble tea. At the counter, they clearly saw me standing right there and no indication of walking over or telling me politely to wait, it was only after I said 'excuse me' for 4 times one rude staff turned back without even walking over and said 'hello you can't see I'm busy is it? You cannot wait?' wow. Does it hurt using a nicer tone? I would've waited if you walked up to me and kindly told me yall are busy. Is that the service yall are providing seriously. I was nothing close to being rude. Thanks LiHO. I'm not intending to return to any of your stores. The only thing I regretted was just turning my back and left. Should've created a ruckus.

Today afternoon i went to Jcube to buy Liho drink and was served by Stephaine, the team leader. She has super bad service. She cant or refused to explain my question and has shown her impatience. On my second question she dont reply me and kept saying next customer. I understand she was alone but there were only one person behind me. Therefore i dont understand what was she rushing. I will never go to this branch amymore.
