Ritz Apple Strudel

Strudel’s crispy flaky texture never disappoints. Choc filling for strudel and puff is the same, taste more like choc pudding, no rich choc taste. Puff is half filled only, and half is cream, so 1/4 cream 1/4 choc 1/2 hollow. The choux pastry itself is airy & fluffy tho. Durian strudel not very durian but not bad, decent.

It’s 2021 and they accept ONLY CASH. Not even NETS, let alone paynow or paylah. Made the whole experience horrible where one has to actually find out where is ATM, went from level 3 to B1 and back up to level 3 again. If not for the childhood nostalgia of their strudel, I wouldn’t have bothered making a big trip around the mall to make the purchase.

I'm a regular customer of Ritz but was utterly disappointed by the irresponsibility of their management. I bought a mango strudel but realised that the custard cream and mangoes are BESIDE the biscuit crust. There's a hole in the middle which they are suppose to put the fillings in. Imagine buying a pizza with all cheese and toppings surrounding the pizza and not on it? Called the office and show them pic but they denied responsibility. Really put off by their way of doing business and will not patronize again.

It is a small shop competing with many big shops. It is a brunch of Ritz Apple Strudel. A store to make it convenient for those who live in the North East of Singapore to buy apple strudel. However, their strudel do not appear to be as nice as the Bukit Timah brunch. Their strudel do not have much ingredients and cream. The staff are stingy towards the would be customers that many potential customers forget about the stall. The stall only accept cash and lag presentation.
