Liho Tea

They have seats which is good. When we found a place to seat, the table was dirty and we requested for tissues. However, the counter mentioned they have no tissues. In the end, we used our own tissues to wipe up the place. We were seating here for 1 hour and nobody came to clear the tables during this period. During this pandemic, business is hard. But every business has a responsibility to the society to maintain a covid free environment. So far other establishments are cleaning their tables and seats with alcohol or cleaning agents. Why wouldn't Liho do the same? Even if they don't have the manpower, they should have the equipment and cleaning materials. So disappointed.

Located conveniently in town with seats. Service by staff is reasonably good. But not sure if it's due to Covid. Closes at 9+. Redeemed my drinks bought from Shopee. Really love the taste of Calpis Lychee Syuan Collagen, price on higher point but don't mind paying occasionally. Not too sweet and yet has a tinge of sour from Calpis. Perfect for me!

One of the few places within Bugis+ that offers seating for a drinks stall. Overall, a decent milk tea shop that has reasonably quick service. However, the counter staff look lethargic and sombre all the time and this affects the mood of the cafe. One exception is the jovial Singh staff member who cleans tables and seats at this branch and tells everybody to enjoy their drinks.
